Pooja Popat is an experienced physiotherapist who has practiced in both clinic and hospital settings in India. She graduated Shree K. K. Sheth Phsyiotherapy College (Saurashtra University) in 2013 and then completed a Masters in Physiotherapy in Preventative and Community Health Physiotherapy at R. K. University (Rajkot) in 2015.
She has extensive clinical experience in both private practice and hospital setting in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Special interest in ante- and postnatal health and musculoskeletal concerns.
She speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Her availability is Monday to Friday.
Pooja will also run small Beginner Yoga classes of up to 3 people. Casual sessions are available individually or packages of 4. There are two sessions a week – Wednesday 4pm and Friday 9am.
One on one Yoga and Pilates session is available as well as a physiotherapy session for personalised program.
Achievements: Secured 1st prize in Academic Excellence Award competition in 6th National Physiotherapy Sumit (Physiofest 2015) and 1st prize in Platform presentation (senior) in Physiofest 2014.
